Colleen, I think the hug drawing came out pretty good. It has good dynamism to it - moreso than your other poses. Look to this direction when choosing a pose to draw. The characters in the other drawings are established well but the poses themselves aren't as interesting. If you need to establish a 'model sheet' of sorts, then look to a more dynamic pose, go ahead. It doesn't matter if the individual is gone at that point. It's your drawing and you can alter it or add to it as you choose.
