The Holidays at Easton

Here is my drawings from the last trip at Easton. I really wanted to capture interaction between parent and child during the whole santa event the most and to keep my drawings kind of children's book style simplicity to reflect that look.

Final Ballet Met

I seemed to be in a funk this class because everything that I had drawn seemed not as dynamic as my last time at Ballet Met. I think I was over thinking it because I wanted to render out the dancers more and use lighting as a concept, but instead it made the figures more bulky and stiff again :P

Inclass drawing session - cartoon self and lighting

So I had a lot of fun drawing my own version of people- it's been a while since I've drawn myself and others in my own style (well, except for portrait painting of course :P). Sorry for the numerous images, but I really enjoyed this session and the drawings from it :] That lamp post looks like it's having fun leaning over there -_-'
